Flywheel in New York is seeking a Senior Media Manager to lead media initiatives within the retail advertising landscape. You will develop and implement comprehensive media strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive client engagements to meet KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in account management, 2+ years in Ecommerce media, strong analytics, and Excel expertise. This role is office-based with travel as needed, reporting to the Marketing Directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of account management experience.
• At least 2 years of Ecommerce media management.
• Digital marketing and analytics experience.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and drive strategy discussions.
• Plan budgets with clients and deliver campaigns to KPIs.
• Provide guidance on optimization and bid strategy.
• Oversee reporting, analytics, and performance insights.
• Develop Test & Learn programs for retailer ad offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and senior client leadership.
• Prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews and lead updates.
