Job summary

Rune Technologies is seeking an Office Manager in Rosslyn, VA to own day-to-day office operations and drive a welcoming, high-functioning work environment. You will partner with leadership, HR, and vendors to optimize facilities, events, and employee experience.

The role involves coordinating supplies, security, onboarding logistics, and cross-functional support in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, administrative operations, hospitality, executive support, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of Rune’s office and ensure it is clean, organized, stocked, and functioning effectively.
• Coordinate building management, maintenance, repairs, security, and other office-related services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors and service providers.
• Manage office access, badges, keys, deliveries, mail, and visitors.
• Help coordinate office moves, expansions, and workspace changes as Rune grows.
• Create a welcoming and high-quality experience for employees and visitors.
• Plan and execute company events, team outings, offsites, and other internal gatherings.
• Track budgets and invoices related to office operations.
• Support leadership with administrative and operational projects as needed.
