Job summary

Rivet is seeking an Office Manager to create an organized, welcoming, high-functioning workplace that enables employees to do their best work in Bellevue, WA.

You will oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities coordination, workstation setup, onboarding, visitor management, and employee experience initiatives while partnering with IT, People Operations, and building management to deliver a professional, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in office management or facilities operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating vendors, building management, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Office Operations & Organization: manage supplies, storage, and shared spaces to stay clean and presentable.
• Facilities Management: plan workspace layout, coordinate with building management, and resolve facility requests.
• Workstation & Onboarding Support: prepare and maintain workstations; onboard new employees.
• Visitor Experience: manage Envoy check-in, host guests, prep conference rooms for meetings.
• Employee Experience: coordinate catered meals, team activities, and events to foster engagement.
