Job summary

Pacific Gaming LLC in Kyle, Texas is hiring an Office Technician to join our hands-on team. You’ll work with computers, electronic bingo equipment and related technology from diagnosis and repair through configuration and deployment.

This office-based role offers occasional field support at customer locations and requires good problem-solving, attention to detail and the ability to manage equipment and inventory.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with computer hardware, electronics or similar technical equipment.
• Working knowledge of Windows computers, hardware components and basic system configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to provide occasional field support and travel to customer locations.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and test computers and related electronic equipment.
• Replace serviceable components (CPU, power supplies, RAM, storage).
• Image and configure HDDs/SSDs/SD cards for Windows computers and bingo equipment.
• Test repaired hardware and configurations before deployment.
• Coordinate customer orders, equipment installations and shipments.
• Provide occasional field support at customer locations (install, maintain, troubleshoot).
• Maintain inventory and organize equipment for deployments.
• Keep a clean, secure technical workspace and safeguard company assets.

Pacific Gaming is looking for a hands-on Office Technician to join our team in Kyle, Texas!

If you enjoy building, repairing and troubleshooting computers and electronics, this is an opportunity to put those skills to work in a role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll work directly with computer systems, electronic bingo equipment and related technology-taking equipment from diagnosis and repair through configuration, testing and deployment.

This is primarily an office-based technical position, with occasional opportunities to provide hands-on support at customer locations.

What You'll Do

As an Office Technician, you'll help keep our technology and equipment ready for customers by diagnosing problems, replacing components, configuring systems, maintaining inventory and preparing equipment for deployment.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and test computers and related electronic equipment.
• Replace serviceable computer components, including CPUs, power supplies, RAM and storage drives.
• Image and configure HDDs, SSDs and SD cards for Windows computers and electronic bingo equipment.
• Test repaired and newly configured equipment to make sure it is operating properly before deployment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Maintain accurate inventory of computers, electronic handsets, components and replacement parts.
• Track equipment status, repairs, inventory and work in progress.
• Coordinate customer orders, equipment installations and shipments.
• Prepare, configure and organize equipment for customer deployments.
• Provide occasional field support at customer locations, including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of POS computers and electronic bingo equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized technical workspace and properly safeguard Company equipment and assets.
• Other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is technically curious, mechanically hands‑on, dependable and willing to learn. You don't need to know the bingo industry-we're more interested in finding someone with the technical foundation and problem‑solving ability to learn our equipment.

• Hands‑on experience with computer hardware, electronics or similar technical equipment.
• Working knowledge of Windows computers, hardware components and basic system configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working directly with computer components and electronic equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately manage equipment, inventory and multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and learn new technology.
• Experience with computer repair, POS systems, disk imaging or electronic equipment repair is preferred, but not required.
• Electronic gaming or bingo equipment experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to occasionally travel to customer locations.
• Ability to provide occasional evening or weekend field support when needed.
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a diverse environment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening.
