International Executive Service Corps seeks a qualified supervisor to oversee patient accounts and AR processes in a medical practice setting in Lawton, OK. The role reports to the Executive Director and requires supervision across accounts receivable, admission-dismissals, cashiering, and related record-keeping.

DEFINITION:
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, supervises and coordinates, plans, delegates, informs, communicates, directs, interprets, approves, organizes, prepares, verifies, maintains, reviews, processes, handles, audits: personnel, data records, etc., all functions related to accounts receivable, admission-dismissals, communication, cashiering, filing and patient account services: Physician clinic treats a variety of age ranges to include infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Supervisor may have primary responsibility in one section of practice, but will be expected to provide supervision to all areas as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) years supervisors experience: up to two (2) years accounts receivable experience.
Medical practice background.
Must be literate in use of computers such as accounting, Microsoft office products, EMR, practice management software, etc.
High School graduation with two years of college with emphasis on business courses preferred.
