The role covers reprographics, mail services, and related duties across physical and digital environments, with responsibilities in hospitality, facilities, and reception as needed.

You will follow established procedures, fill out job tickets, meet deadlines, troubleshoot basic equipment, and communicate with supervisors and clients about deadlines and issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year office services experience, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Skilled in the use of mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs for all office services work.
• Fill out job tickets before beginning work.
• Perform reprographics, mail, and intake functions per procedures.
• Meet contracted deadlines for all work.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
• Interact with clients in person or remotely as needed.
