Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service experience preferred.
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain the P & C, and Life, Accident, Health and Sickness Insurance Licenses.
• Bilingual Spanish - required (in qualifications section).
