This full-time role emphasizes bilingual Spanish communication, customer service, and a proactive, needs-based approach to helping clients choose the right insurance options.

You will resolve inquiries, follow up with customers, coordinate with agency team members, and pursue growth through quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to relate to customers, answer questions, and anticipate needs.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with agency team members.
