Caliber Collision is hiring an Office Manager at our Austin center to handle front-office operations, payroll and HR administration for center staff, and ensure smooth daily accounting processes. You will also support customer interactions and uphold Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a customer-facing role, proficiency with accounts payable/receivable and payroll, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Support front office with tools, training, and information to perform their jobs.
• Ensure center follows Caliber SOPs through ongoing training and monitoring.
