Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires for various positions within iCare offices.
• Supervise and control operation of the office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain all product, equipment, and supplies; inform District Manager of trends, needs, or problems.
• Manage office expenses including payroll, overtime, supplies, and maintenance.
• Ensure promotional, merchandise, and display policies are followed.
• Maintain positive patient/customer relations and follow up on complaints.
• Establish professional relations with doctors leasing, employing, or referring.
• Provide coaching in product introduction and selling techniques to staff.
• Oversee insurance and other required billing; reconcile financial reports (A/R, deposits, postings).
• Coordinate doctor appointment scheduling and recruitment-related issues with District Manager.
