Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director to lead in-office staff, oversee scheduling, and manage administrative and operational functions. You will share on-call duties and coordinate with Home Base for payroll notes and updates.

The role requires a proven leader with sales and business development experience, plus the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and to recruit, hire, and oversee staff using Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support office managers to ensure effective performance and alignment with company standards.
• Serve as primary liaison between office and Home Base (payroll notes, shift verification, operations updates).
• Handle client escalations, conduct check-up calls, and complete quality visits to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with state supervisory visit requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist after-hours needs.
• Backup for client assessments when Operations Director is unavailable.
