Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director in Missouri. The role reports to the Operating Director and focuses on building and leading in-office staff, managing scheduling, administrative and operational duties, and sharing on-call responsibilities with peers.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with Google Workspace, and a track record in staff recruitment and supervision.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop office staff to meet company standards.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff.
• Proficient with Google Workspace for daily operations and communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, administrative, and operational functions.
• Share on-call responsibilities with other managers.
• Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate with Home Base and payroll notes.
• Ensure compliance with state requirements and quality visits.
• Liaise between office and Home Base for communications and updates.
• Assist with assessments when needed by Operations Director.
