Job summary

Ascension's Sacred Heart Medical Clinic in Lynn Haven, FL is seeking a friendly front-desk administrative partner for Primary Care. This role covers day shift with PRN coverage, handling front-d desk tasks and patient flow.

You will greet patients, verify information, schedule appointments, process charges, and collect co-pays while ensuring accurate daily deposits and documentation. A HS diploma or related experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, or 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in a Medical Clinic or Medical Group setting preferred.
• Familiarity with medical billing/insurance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain documentation.
• Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Enter, review and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily.
• Collect co-payments and reconcile daily reports and deposits.

Additional Preferences

• At least one year of experience in a Medical Clinic or Medical Group setting.
• One or more years of experience with Medical Insurance, Pre-Authorizations, and Authorizations.
