Job summary

Ascension Medical Clinic in Port Saint Joe, FL is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, check them in and out, and obtain necessary documentation. You will support scheduling and ensure accurate intake processes in a fast-paced clinic.

The role includes entering charges, collecting co-pays, reconciling daily reports, and maintaining accurate medical records while delivering courteous, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
• At least one year of experience in a Medical Clinic or Medical Group setting.
• One or more years of experience with Medical Insurance, Pre-Authorizations, and Authorizations.
