Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks an Office Manager to deliver a world-class Total Patient Experience while maximizing retail sales and supporting patients’ medical needs. Responsible for overall sales and profitability of an office location, managing operations, team support, merchandising, inventory, training and safety.

A Licensed Office Manager will possess a State Optician’s License where required by the company.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Industry related experience beneficial.
• Must be able to pass background check as required by state.
• Must provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive the overall sales and profitability of an office location through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor(s) and office team; act as liaison between doctor and staff.
• Human resource management: recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and KPI scorecard review.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, HIPAA and OSHA, and maintain facility to corporate standards.
