EyeCare Partners Career Opportunities in the United States seeks an Office Manager to drive a world‑class Total Patient Experience while maximizing office sales and profitability. You will manage all operations of a practice location, including team support, merchandising, inventory, training and safety.

The role emphasizes independent judgment in overseeing performance, staff development, and adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Industry experience beneficial and management experience required.
• Background check as required by state.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through the effective execution of Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor(s) and serve as liaison between doctor and office team.
• Human Resource Management: Recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and development of team members including KPI scorecard results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Exercise judgment and utilize tools to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Motivate team members by communicating changes in a positive, supportive way.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including building, equipment, parking lot and grounds as well as safety rules and HIPAA/OSHA requirements.
• Monitor and enforce cash handling policies and submit required financial documents on schedule.
• Execute day-to-day operations: scheduling, weekly meetings, reports, inventory, supply ordering, and training.
