Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks an experienced Office Manager to drive the Total Patient Experience and overall profitability of a retail eye-care office. You will oversee sales, operations, merchandising, inventory, training and safety while supporting clinical needs.

Responsibilities include leadership of the office team, HR activities, KPI coaching, performance reviews, and adherence to HIPAA & OSHA standards. ABO/NCLE licenses are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Management experience required.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive office sales and profitability through Total Patient Experience.
• Foster liaison between doctors and the office team.
• HR management: recruitment, training, coaching, KPI reviews.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations.
• Oversee cash handling policies and financial reporting.
• Manage day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, inventory, training.
