We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager/Accounting Support to oversee the efficient functioning of our Office and Accounts operations. Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities coordinating meetings, managing databases, and facilitating smooth communication within the organization. Additionally, handle financial tasks, including invoice generation, A/P, A/R, payroll and basic accounting duties. Candidate will serve as a key point of contact for staff, suppliers, and clients, ensuring excellent relationships and effective collaboration. As an integral part of our team, candidate will contribute to maintaining up-to-date administrative procedures and supporting the organization's HR function. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Enter allinvoices, bills and verify and process payments.
- Receivepayments from customers and manage activities of A/R and A/P for anydiscrepancies or collections .
- Organize companyevents and conferences, ensuring their successful execution. Arrangetransportation and accommodations as required.
- Order officesupplies, stationery, and other essential items for the office.
- Handlecorrespondence, complaints, and queries promptly and professionally.
- Prepareprofessional letters, presentations, and reports to meet business needs .
- Implement andmaintain efficient office administrative systems and procedures .

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- An associate degree in business or accounting or similardegree or experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Office Managerand accountingassistant ,demonstrating proficiency in office management tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, andPowerPoint.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as ERP systemsand other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting andbookkeeping principles and procedures.
Skill Sets:
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience using QuickBooks andfamiliarity with various computer systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability toidentify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managingmultiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Pay: $40,000.00- $50,000.00 per year
