Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking an experienced Office Manager to serve as the operational hub for our DC-area professional services firm, supporting the President and leadership team with calendars, travel, and correspondence while maintaining a professional front desk and office environment.

The role ensures compliance with licensure and insurance, coordinates events and vendor relations, oversees supplies, and partners with facilities to keep operations smooth and secure.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of office management or executive support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Experience supervising administrative staff and managing office operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of compliance activities including licensure and insurance is preferred.
  • Experience in event planning and vendor coordination is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with professional services or architectural practice operations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and professional discretion.

  • Track and maintain records for contracts, insurance, and legal matters.
  • Collaborate with property management for facility maintenance and security access systems.
  • Support financial operations, including petty cash management and reconciliation of receipts.
