Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Professional with dispatching bookkeeping experience to support our administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency with Quickbooks, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client emails.

Prepare and process estimates and invoices.

Create proposals

Schedule and Dispatch Crews

Accounts payable

Assist Bookkeeper as needed

Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.

Maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.

Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Professional or in a similar role, with bookkeeping experience.

Proficiency with Quickbooks.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
