As Office Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the daily employee, client, and visitor experience in our New York office.
Through office management, operational coordination, event support, and administrative responsibilities, you will help ensure that our workplace consistently reflects the quality, attention to detail, and standards that define ReD.
This role sits at the intersection of culture and operations. You will help create an environment where employees can do their best work, clients experience ReD at its best, and company events and initiatives are executed to a high standard.
Success in this role requires someone who takes ownership, notices the details others overlook, and understands that the way an organization operates sends a powerful message about who it is.
You will become an integral member of our Operations Team and play an important role in bringing ReD's culture, values, and standards to life every day.
This is a part‑time position based in our New York office. There is potential for the role to grow over time, with the opportunity for increased working hours and an expanded scope of responsibilities as business needs evolve.
