Job summary

Skycrest Homes is seeking an organized, detail-oriented project operations coordinator to keep our luxury residential projects on track from contract through construction. You will manage selections, documentation, contracts, and vendor relationships while ensuring accuracy and timely decisions.

The role emphasizes problem solving, process improvement, and cross-functional communication with homeowners, architects, vendors, and project managers to deliver exceptional results in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating residential construction projects is preferred.
• Experience in construction administration is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CM software and digital filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate homeowner selections and document decisions.
• Prepare detailed construction proposals and contracts.
• Manage subcontractor agreements, COIs, and licensing.
• Track vendor compliance and insurance renewals.
• Create and issue purchase orders.
• Prepare permit submittals and coordinate with municipalities.
• Maintain project documentation and digital files.
• Assist with budgeting, bidding, and estimating.
• Coordinate material orders and vendor communications.
• Track project schedules, deadlines, and milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, architects, and homeowners.
• Improve systems and processes as the company grows.
• Identify issues before they become problems.

What You'll Do

You’ll oversee the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our projects running smoothly from contract through construction.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating homeowner selections and documenting all decisions

• Tracking vendor compliance and insurance renewals
• Creating and issuing purchase orders
• Preparing permit submittals and coordinating with municipalities

• Assisting with budgeting, bidding, and estimating
• Coordinating material orders and vendor communications
• Tracking project schedules, deadlines, and critical milestones
• Working closely with project managers, vendors, architects, and homeowners
• Improving systems and processes as the company continues to grow
• Identifying issues before they become problems

• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Construction experience is strongly preferred, but we're willing to train the right highly motivated person with outstanding organizational skills.
