Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets from initial planning through completion.

• Establish baseline construction budgets and monitor cost performance.
• Coordinate purchasing and material procurement activities.
• Work closely with internal design and project coordination teams.
• Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
• Review construction drawings and specifications.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners.
• Track project costs, commitments, and change orders.
• Collaborate with field operations to ensure seamless project execution.
