The role offers an opportunity for a proactive self-starter to take ownership of office operations, improve internal processes, support donor and fundraising activities, and contribute across multiple areas of a growing nonprofit organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technologically capable, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in a small-team environment where responsibilities may overlap.

  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry.
  • Experience with Donorbox, Stripe, PayPal, NetSuite, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to develop and improve processes rather than simply follow existing procedures.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player who is willing to assist across different areas of the organization.
