Job summary

Staffmark Group in Columbia, TN is seeking an Office Manager to support front-office operations, donor communications, and program administration. The role requires organized, detail-oriented handling of invoices, registrations, and records in a professional environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with pay ranging from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, supporting a non-profit and educational programs.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and financial documentation.
  • Experience in nonprofit administration, program coordination, or office management preferred.
  • Experience handling invoices, donations, and event registrations with accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for education, leadership development, and community programs.
  • Maintain program records, files, databases, contact lists, and organizational documentation.
  • Process donations, payments, invoices, registrations, and related financial records accurately and confidentially.
  • Assist with conference, meeting, and event registrations and coordination activities.
  • Prepare reports, track program results, and maintain records for organizational reporting requirements.
  • Manage program correspondence, participant communications, and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of program data and reports.
  • Maintain files, records, and asset management systems to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assist staff with special projects, program initiatives, and department objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, community partners, program participants, and stakeholders.
