We are a patient-focused health and wellness clinic that is committed to providing the highest quality of medical care and supportive services. Beacon has an excellent opportunity available within our clinic as a Office Manager. Beacon is the only private, independent cancer center in the Treasure Valley and is physician-owned. Having opened this year, we are already seeing approximately 100 new patients each month and are growing quickly. If you are looking for an exciting, flexible, and stimulating opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact, work closely with physicians, and help shape the future of an independent cancer center, Beacon is the right place for you!
We are looking for an early-career, driven, disciplined, and coachable leader who is ready to take ownership and grow with our organization. Prior healthcare administration or clinic operations experience is preferred, and oncology or infusion experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, and a desire to learn are equally important.
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our clinic. This role ensures that the front office runs smoothly, patients have a positive experience, and clinical staff have the support they need to provide exceptional care. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a startup environment where they can take initiative and wear multiple hats.
