The Floor Host role is the go-to person on the floor, delivering a hospitality-based experience and directing assistance while interfacing with office services.

The position requires 2-3 years in a service industry, strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, AV equipment), and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ service industry experience preferred (hotel/restaurant/hospitality/event planning).
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and AV equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40 lbs (75 lbs cart).

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support for meetings across office floors.
• Verify room requirements and ensure client expectations are met.
• Monitor meeting rooms and manage occupancy, no-show, and timing.
• Coordinate with facilities to keep space pristine and coordinated.
