Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Floor Host to be the go-to person on the floor, delivering a hospitality-based experience and guiding guests to the right resources. You’ll interface with office services, support meetings, and ensure a seamless experience for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities include coordinating room setups, tours, and proactive assistance while maintaining professional appearance in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes guest relations and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in service industry such as hotel, restaurant, hospitality or event planning preferred.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and A/V equipment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support for meetings on all office floors and coordinate with organizers and guests.
• Conduct floor tours and maintain optimal appearance and condition of the space.
• Use tools to identify solutions and anticipate client needs, serving as first point of contact in person, email, and phone.
• Support guests in securing workspace and promote the client’s hoteling culture and mobility.
