Alsco Uniforms is seeking an Office Manager who reports to the General Manager and ensures all front office functions run productively, proactively, and professionally. The Office Manager oversees staff, HR tasks, and financial reporting to maintain smooth branch operations.

The role requires an Associate degree in business or equivalent experience, at least three years of broad office experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum three years broad office experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise branch office staff and functions.
• Ensure backup personnel are in place to cover office functions.
• Handle reconciliations, auditing, deposits, and various reporting tasks.
• Oversee payroll, HR functions, compliance with laws, and financial analysis.
