Whop Inc. seeks a Hospitality Lead in Palo Alto to own the front desk, daily office operations, meals, events, and vendor relationships. You will be the first and last touch for guests and employees, building systems that keep the space running smoothly and without reminders.

You will manage a fast-paced environment, coordinate meals for the team, and ensure seamless office experience daily. This role is full-time and on-site in Palo Alto, with equity considerations typical for a high-growth

Competenze

• Two to three or more years in hospitality or workplace roles such as hotel, restaurant, or members' club guest services.
• Experience running a front desk or busy office with continuous guest requests.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to details and follow-through.
• Ability to own issues, fix problems, and prevent recurrence.
