Whop in Palo Alto is seeking a Hospitality Lead to run the office front desk, daily operations, meals and events. You will be the first person guests meet and the go-to for colleagues, owning the front desk and the vendors behind it.

This hands-on, in-office role rewards initiative, organization and calm under pressure. You will build systems to keep the space running smoothly and ensure everything lands where it should—without reminders.

Qualifications

• Two to three+ years in hospitality or workplace roles (hotel/restaurant/members' club guest services, reception, office coordination).
• Experience running a front desk or busy office with constant guest requests.

Responsabilités

• Own the front desk and daily office operations, meals, events and vendors.
• Build systems to keep the office running without reminders.
• Track every open request and event detail; ensure nothing lands on your desk without follow-up.
