Job summary

Apriori Bio is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to keep our Cambridge office running smoothly for wet lab scientists and computational experts. You will own day-to-day facilities, manage vendors, onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate office events, partnering with HR, IT, and Finance to resolve workplace issues.

The role requires a hands-on, organized individual who can create a welcoming environment and manage calendar, access, and logistics for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in office management or related operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
• Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes and budgeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office environment and upkeep to ensure a welcoming workspace.
• Manage kitchen and office supply inventory; coordinate vendors and ordering.
• Greet visitors, manage check-in, building access, and badges.
• Coordinate relationships with building management and service providers; manage contracts.
