Job summary

You will manage service tickets, coordinate vendors, onboarding, and maintain records to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace; familiarity with office tools and strong communication are required.

• Ability to manage multiple requests and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for the Waltham headquarters, supporting daily reception operations and on-site meetings.
• Create and track service tickets, coordinate vendor visits, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Support vendor management, onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping for compliant facilities operations.
