Job summary

Compass seeks an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the first face in our NYC offices. You will manage office operations, support a small roster of customers, and drive adoption of Compass tools with 1:1 training and marketing support.

You will collaborate with the onboarding team, handle basic tech and facilities issues, and help create a welcoming, highly organized office culture aligned with Compass standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the office, welcome guests and manage mail distribution and in-office setup.
• Provide first-line support for office needs and maintain the appearance and organization of the office.
• Support a portfolio of customers with questions, issues and onboarding basics.
• Assist with marketing requests and collaborate with the agent experience team.
• Troubleshoot tech devices and conference room hardware; perform ad-hoc admin tasks.
