Job summary

Compass is seeking a Customer Success & Office Coordinator to be the face of the Newport Beach office. You will manage office operations, support a small customer roster, and assist with marketing requests, training on Compass tools, and onboarding processes.

You will collaborate with the agent experience team to deliver world-class service and help maintain Compass office standards. This is an in-office role in Newport Beach, CA (1600 Newport Center Dr).

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Previous experience in real estate a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests and managing mail distribution, in-office event setup, and first-line support.
• Manage a small portfolio of customers by fielding questions and resolving issues via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Support adoption of Compass technology by providing 1:1 support to customers.
• Partner with the National Onboarding team to facilitate onboarding for new customers.
• Provide basic marketing support by answering questions and creating collateral from templates.
