The Nagler Group in Lawrence, MA is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join our growing team. This role combines administrative excellence with operational oversight, supporting our leadership and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

The position requires 3+ years in administrative, office management, or executive assistant roles, with strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative, office management, or executive assistant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Professional demeanor with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage office operations, including vendor relationships, supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
  • Coordinate project scheduling, permits, and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) and ensure document accuracy.
  • Manage phone, email, and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Oversee office technology and troubleshoot basic IT issues.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms
  • Experience managing customer relationships and client communications
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)
