Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Coordinator at our Nashville, TN location in The Gulch. The Office Coordinator will handle day-to-day administrative duties, coordinate office operations, and ensure efficiency and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Oversee office organization and workspace setup.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires (workspace setup, materials, orientation scheduling).
  • Assist with calendar and email management to ensure timely responses.
  • File receipts, invoices and other documents.
  • Support leadership with day-to-day operational needs.
  • Oversee maintenance requests and liaise with building management.
