Job summary

Closet Factory Jacksonville is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator to be the face and voice of our showroom. You will greet customers, answer calls, respond to emails, and help keep projects on track with our design and production teams.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, scheduling, or project coordination preferred.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Responding promptly to emails and customer inquiries
• Scheduling free in-home design consultations
• Coordinating appointments and calendars for our design team
• Supporting customers throughout every stage of their project
• Working closely with designers, installers, and production staff to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Resolving customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Maintaining accurate customer records and project information
• Assisting with administrative and office support tasks
• Help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment
