We are committed to delivering exceptional care and assistance to individuals requiring medical transportation, and we are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview

The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our administrative office. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skills and be highly reliable. Attention to detail, data entry proficiency, and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
Driver Recruitment
  • Call candidates and schedule interviews for management.
  • Once hired, schedule drivers to complete paperwork and drug screen.
  • Point of contact to answer questions during hiring process.
Driver Compliance
  • Ensure drivers maintain their annual competencies and compliance items in accordance to our client requirements.
  • Maintain and post driver scores weekly.
  • Administer training modules.
Office Coordination
  • Manage scheduling of transportation services for clients.
  • Answer calls and provide ETAs, quotes and responses to general inquires.
  • Address scheduling conflicts and adjust as necessary to meet client needs.
Data Entry and Record Keeping
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company database.
  • Enter client information, trip details, and billing data with precision.
  • Generate reports as needed to support decision-making and business operations.
Miscellaneous
  • Oversee general office needs, including supplies inventory and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training administrative personnel.
  • Proficiency as a driver as the role will have to cover shifts on occassion.
Qualifications
