AppleOne Employment Services in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a part-time contract admin assistant for about 2 months. The role requires bilingual Spanish and involves emailing, scanning, sorting, filing, answering phones, and light data entry.
The position starts at 3 days per week and may change to 5 days if the candidate can accommodate. Work hours are 7:00–3:30 or 7:30–4:00.
Immediate need for a part time, Bilingual Spanish candidate to handle a contract role for about 2 months to help us catch up after a busy season! The successful candidate will be able to perform the following duties: Emailing, scanning, sorting, filing, answering phones, light data entry. Will also assist the General Manager when needed with their emails, scanning, filing and other admin tasks. Bilingual Spanish highly preferred. Role will start at 3 days/week; may change to 5 days/week if candidate is able. 7:00-3:30 p.m. or 7:30-4:00 p.m. Come work with us!
