The Office Assistant (OA) in the Records Section is responsible for pulling, back-shifting and refilling folders, filing documents into folders, analyzing documents for completeness, and sorts and prep's by document type. The OA must have the ability to learn to use various photocopiers and folding machines. The OA prepares and reviews documents for imaging and input into the Justice Electronic Document Imaging (JEDI) system with conscientious attention to detail and maintains Bureau files.
