Our Orthopedics & Sports Center Practice is seeking an Office Assistant to coordinate and performall administrative functions to ensure the efficient daily operation of the office, providing comprehensive support to providers and staff including managing patient scheduling, registration, billing, customer service, and general administrative duties while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional patient service.
Education:High School Graduate or GED
Experience:Two years’ experience in a physician's office or similar environment; experience in Spanish/English medical/health interpreting preferred; experience working with third party payors and working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
Special Aptitudes & Activities:Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in computer applications, typing, transcription, and filing, with the ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
