Our Orthopedics & Sports Center Practice is seeking a Nurse Navigator to coordinate and oversee patient care before surgery, throughout the postoperative period, and after discharge by collaborating closely with providers, patients, and families to ensure timely, high-quality care.
Overview of responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Licenses/Registrations: Current RN license within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Experience: Three to five years of clinical related job experience, case management experience preferred
Special Aptitudes & Activities: Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, physicians, and office staff. Demonstrates solid knowledge of practice workflow, strong organizational and prioritization abilities, and excellent attention to detail while working independently.
