The role includes assisting front office teammates, handling payroll and HR administration, managing AP/AR and cash handling, and delivering a world-class customer experience by enforcing Caliber SOPs through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years’ experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and tools to teammates to perform their roles effectively.
• Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring.
