Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth administrative processes and supporting staff and management.

  1. Office Operations: Oversee daily office functions, manage communication channels, supervise staff, maintain filing systems, and manage data entry and record-keeping tasks.
  2. Resource Management: Ensure availability of office supplies, establish and update office policies, and coordinate maintenance and repairs with building management.
  3. Financial Responsibilities: Assist with budget preparation, track expenditures, process invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  4. Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  5. Reporting and Improvement: Provide regular reports on office operations and identify areas for improvement.
  6. HR Support: Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
