We are seeking a part-time office administrator to handle general office tasks and serve as the first point of contact for phone inquiries. This role is essential in helping the office run smoothly and providing a welcoming and professional experience for callers and visitors. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks throughout the day. Reporting to the Office Manager, this individual will also serve as a key liaison between Linvilla Orchards and our customers and vendors, requiring professionalism, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer the phone promptly and ensure every call is greeted with professionalism and care
  • Direct incoming calls and inquiries
  • Book group events and assist customers with planning
  • Process customer and vendor orders online and by phone
  • Assist with the management of website content as needed
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration
  • Comfortable learning and using databases and new software systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail with ability to absorb and build upon new information and skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills and positive approach to effective problem-solving
  • Ability to work extended hours on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
