Position Summary:
Work closely with the management team and be responsible for all aspects of front office administration of the company. Interact daily with all front office personnel to support the ongoing functionality of the company.
Note: Part Time (20-30 hours / week)
Essential Responsibilities:
*Assist with incoming receiving and product shipping as needed
*Ordering office and general manufacturing/maintenance supplies
*Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
*Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems as needed
*Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
*Assisting the organization's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews, etc
*Responsible for facility cleanliness and managing any 3rd party cleaning vendors
*Booking transport and accommodations
*Organizing company events or conferences
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
*2+ years' experience in manufacturing environment
*Proven Experience in prior office management
*Knowledge of processes and Cross functional communication
*Strong communication skills
*Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Work Conditions:
This role is an in-office position at Stereotaxis' Minneapolis based Access Point Technologies site.
