Description
The Spirit of the Position:

The Office Administrator is an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who greets each day and every person with a smile. They are the first point-of-contact for the company and, as such, sets the tone for an individual’s experience at LAZ Parking as well as providing administrative support to the management team. Primary responsibilities include creating and submitting invoices, hiring andscheduling event staff, and supporting daily administrative operations. This positionrequires attendance at meetings related to event planning, coordination, and operationalactivities to ensure successful event execution and effective communication among teammembers.

Principal Job Duties:
  • Create, process, and submit invoices accurately and on time.
  • Recruit, hire, and schedule event employees as needed.
  • Maintain employee scheduling records and staffing assignments.
  • Attend and participate in meetings related to event operations and logistics.
  • Coordinate with management and event teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
