Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC. is seeking a technically savvy Offering Manager to design and develop services across Digital Workspace, Modern Infrastructure, and Data & AI. Ideal candidates will have a presales or professional services background, with at least 5 years in services channel management. Responsibilities include building service offerings, conducting market research, and collaborating across business units. Qualifications

• 5+ years in the services channel in product/offerings management, sales/presales, delivery, and/or adjacent roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on technology experience in presales or delivery, preferably in MSP, OEM, or similar channel.
• Proven ability to learn customer needs quickly and translate them into scalable service offerings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of clarifying complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build new service offerings using industry-accepted methods.
• Run market and customer research to validate demand.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery Services to launch offerings.
• Define success metrics and improve offering performance.
• Enable Sales and Marketing with competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with OEMs and service partners throughout design, build, and launch.
