• Maintain electronic information and manual filing systems for all female inmate files, including admissions, active inmates, paroled, shock probation, and serve-outs.
• Respond to requests for information in accordance with open records statutes.
• Review and process court orders, calculate and compute inmate sentences, and coordinate placement/removal of detainers.
• Implement functions related to receiving and discharging inmates with the Department of Corrections.
• Communicate with courts, county and state agencies, the public, inmates, and staff regarding inmates' official records.
• Interpret and enforce all rules and procedures relating to inmate records.
